How to Get a Vehicle in Highway Patrol Roblox and Start Your Patrol
Highway Patrol Roblox shows you a vehicle selection when a session starts — pick a police van, sports car or SWAT truck and drive. Plus the optional paid vehicle passes.
You don't need to grind or spend anything to get moving: Highway Patrol [Alpha] shows you a vehicle selection at the start of a session, and picking one puts you on the road. The lineup shown to a first-time player included a police van, a sports car and a SWAT truck.

Choosing a vehicle at the start of a session
When you start a session, the game presents the vehicle options before you head out. Pick one from the lineup and you can drive it on the road right away.
Vehicles are one of the things you get in Highway Patrol alongside classes and weapons — if you're still setting up your loadout, the guides on how to get classes and how to get weapons cover those parts. One how-to guide calls the vehicle the most important element of the game, and the sports car in the lineup is shown with a speed of 250.
Here's that walkthrough covering the starting classes, vehicles and weapons:
Optional paid vehicle passes
The starting selection already gives you a drivable vehicle, so the paid passes are optional extras. The game's Roblox page lists these vehicle-related game passes:
| Game pass | Price |
|---|---|
| SWAT Truck | R$499 |
| SWAT Class | R$599 |
| PCT-01 Truck | R$1,500 |
These prices and pass names come from the store page as captured, and availability and pricing can change after game updates — the updates page tracks the latest changes. The same page also lists 37 dev products priced between R$35 and R$1,600.
What you can do from the vehicle
The vehicle is your patrol platform. In observed sessions, players run traffic stops from a vehicle: pull a driver over, tell them to step out of the car, and handle the stop from there. The guide on how to arrest players picks up from that point.
If your character freezes
Highway Patrol is an alpha build, and bugs do surface — in one session a player got stuck and couldn't move at all until they left and rejoined. If that happens to you, rejoining the session is the observed way to get back on the road.
